Privacy notice

This notice explains what information we handle when you use the MyOneCredit website.

The online enquiry form

The only place this website asks for personal details is the online enquiry form. It asks for your name, employer or business name, monthly income, email, WhatsApp number, purpose of the loan, state and the amount you would like to borrow. It does not ask for your IC number, bank login or any code.

The website keeps no copy of what you send. Each enquiry is checked, signed and passed straight to our team, who reply to you on WhatsApp. From that point your details are handled under our PDPA notice. Enquiry details are kept in our records so that we can follow up and recognise repeat enquiries; you can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to a loan at any time. The form can only be submitted from a browser that has opened the page, and it is protected against automated submissions.

There is no sign-up or login on this website.

The verify a contact tool

When you use the verify a contact tool, the website only processes the WhatsApp number or staff ID you enter, to check whether that person works for us. Your query is not stored.

To stop the tool being abused, the server briefly records visitors' IP addresses to limit how many checks can be made. This record is held only in server memory and is not kept long term.

Cookies and browser storage

• The website uses one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember your language.

• When you hide the anti-scam notice at the top of the page, your browser remembers that choice for the current session.

• If you arrived from a link with tracking tags (for example a Facebook advertisement), your browser remembers which link it was for the current session. When you message us on WhatsApp, that reference is added to the end of your message so our staff can see which link brought you to us. It contains only the name of the link, never anything about you.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and links people use, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies beginning with _ga and reports to Google in aggregated form. We do not use advertising trackers, and Google Analytics never receives anything you type into the calculators or the checker tools, which run entirely in your browser.
