How impersonators usually work
- They say your loan is approved but you must pay first to release it.
- They ask for the OTP code sent to your phone.
- They say there is no need to sign anything and WhatsApp is enough.
- They use a real company's logo and photos but will not give a licence number.
What our staff will never do
- Ask you to pay anything before your loan is paid out.
- Ask for an OTP, PIN or online banking password.
- Ask you to pay into a personal bank account.
- Refuse to give their staff ID.
If you have already paid

Call your bank immediately and ask them to stop the transaction.
