What we look at
Identity
Your MyKad or MyPR confirms who you are and that the bank account is in your own name.
Income
Payslips, bank statements or tax returns show a regular income.
Commitments
Your existing repayments show how much room you have for a new instalment.
Credit history
With your consent, your credit report shows how earlier loans were repaid.
Sending documents on WhatsApp
- Check the number on our verify page before you send anything.
- Photograph each document flat, in good light, with all four corners showing.
- Send bank statements as the PDF from your bank rather than screenshots.
- Never send a one-time password (OTP) or your online banking password to anyone, including us.
What usually slows an application down
- Blurry photos, or documents with the corners cut off.
- Bank statements with pages missing.
- A bank account that is not in your own name.
- Payslips or statements that are out of date.
We serve every state, online
Estimates, documents, assessment and the written offer all happen on WhatsApp, so it makes no difference whether you are in Selangor, Johor, Penang, Sabah or Sarawak. The agreement is then signed in front of an attestor; we arrange that with you once the offer is accepted.
If you have no income of your own
We can only lend against income that is yours: a salary, a business, a pension or rent you receive. A loan cannot be assessed on a spouse's or parent's income, so a family member with income would need to apply instead. Our guide on what counts as income explains the options.
