How a personal loan from us works
- 1You borrow a fixed amount and repay it in equal monthly instalments over a tenure you choose, from 12 to 84 months.
- 2Interest is a flat 4.88% a year, so your instalment never changes during the loan.
- 3Before you commit, you receive a written offer listing the amount, tenure, rate and every fee.
- 4A Commissioner for Oaths or other authorised attestor attests the agreement and explains its terms to you before you sign.
What decides how much you can borrow
Your income
Your payslips or income statements show what you can repay each month.
Your existing commitments
Other loans, credit cards and regular bills reduce the instalment you can comfortably afford.
Your credit record
With your consent we check your credit report to see how past repayments went.
